As of lately we have had alot of people signing up for our raids. This is a really good thing. As it turns out, not everyone can go all the time. We will start switching people in and out for certain bosses that some may need the gear while the others dont.
Along with the guild still learning fights in progression. Don't take offense when we bring certain classes in to kill the boss then bring in others after we have established a farm status on it. There is nothing else we could do when more than 25man people sign up other than to just take turns. Get verbal about what you need for gear from bosses so we can all take the time to gear out everyone in an even fashion. Hello Members, Friends and guest.
Blind Rage is going to with go substantial changes in the near future. Some of the changes to expect to come may be. Rank demotions, mass recruitments for our core 25man progression, and possibly more. We are in hopes of these changes being made to help enhance our progression and make our playing times more enjoyable. Any of the upcoming that applys directly to a certain person should not be taken to offense in no shape or form. Any decision finalized by Knightwing is for the sole purpose to help out Blind Rage as a whole. Its coming to that point of progression where certain measures need to be taken. Yet again, none of this is set in stone and is still on the "drawing bored". In regards of composing our 25man raids; Players that want to make the effort towards progression and withholds a great attendance who knows and has learned about current content being worked upon. As for the demotion of certain ranks and the creation of new not set in stone and will be elaborated on in the future. With all this being said, People are not going to be gkicked but instead raid spots are not to be given priority over people who have those qualities stated above.
